WASHINGTON– It marks three years since President Obama signed the unpopular trillion-dollar economic “stimulus” bill into law. Congressman Rob Bishop (Ut-01), who vehemently opposed the measure, issued the following statement in advance of the 3rd anniversary of its signing:
