Charles Trentelman has been a reporter and columnist at the Standard-Examiner for 31 years. In that time he has covered just about every governmental entity in Top of Utah, interviewed thousands of people about their daily lives and concerns, and survived covering the Legislature for seven years.
He has been writing his Wasatch Rambler column for 15 years. His blog, “Blogging the Rambler,” is both an extension of his column and a supplement to it. Among other things, it gives Charlie a chance to comment on events of the day in real-time as well as carry on a lively dialogue with the Standard-Examiner’s readers.
His wife teaches sociology at Weber State University. He is an avid bicyclist and amateur photographer.
